    Costumes from Halloween 2009 in the theme of Alice and Wonderland. Specifically the Queen of Hearts and the Mad Hatter. The Queen of Hearts features a farthingdale which is basically a boned petticoat minus the the fabric. I conbstructed the farthingdale from steel strapping tape enclosed in twill tape.
